Should I separate?

Should I separate?
I have a 12 month old trio of females. They've had quite settled dinanics for a while in a large gerbilarium.
Whilst the most dominant has always been known to over groom, she's now barbered the one at the bottoms whiskers off and the rest of her fur has gone patchy too. No sign of blood but the bottom is looking more stressed.
Should I separate? If yes, who? The little bald bottom or the beefy queen? The third mouse seems completely unphased, shows no signs of being overgroomed...
Thanks in advance for any advice.
