Is my mouse aggerssive?
when ever I take one of them out just for some handling, when I the put the mouse back in the cage she runs around sniffing the other mouse.

My girl did that all the time. they would act like they had not seen each other for weeks. They would sniff each other's butts and follow eachother around. I got a play area and placed them all in it at play time when handling them. Then I put them all back in the house together and they did it less. It sounds like pretty normal behavior. You want to watch for nipping and over grooming or barbering.
