Mouse sounds Empty Mouse sounds

My mouse ricotta is constantly making squeaks and huffs. He talks a lot when he's held. I don't think it's stress when he's in his cage because he has a nice house a wheel and food and water available at all times. I don't know why he constantly makes noise.
