Lethargic Mouse Empty Lethargic Mouse

My girl Fiadh (mentioned in my last two posts about dandruff, red poop, hobbling and then one on being old and wobbly), had been seeming lethargic recently. I've been seeing her sitting in her nest right at the edge, awake, without much interest in anything that walks by or anyone unless the cage is opened.

I might be taking her to the vet soon.

What could this be?
