I have to love on my little man

I just have to gush, our little man "Herbie" (short for Peaches and Herb), is about 8 months old and the light of our lives. Our dog Liberty is obsessed with her "baby". I know a lot of you will want to warn me about the dog biting/eating him. She is full-on maternal with him and has never attempted to do anything but clean him.
I have read that males are not that affectionate, but I can tell you, this is the sweetest little man. He lives for snuggles, and company and will brux at me nonstop when being petted (which is whenever he wants!) We have his cage in the living room, and he has everyone trained to let him out when he "dances" at the door. Just had to share.
