My VioVet Order Arrived Today!

I placed my order with VioVet on the 7th and was pretty surprised that it didn't ship out until the 18th. But it was packed pretty well, everything in great shape, and I feel like it arrived really quickly (once they shipped it). It was sent by Royal Air Mail for £10 (around $13 I think).
What I ordered:
I had a little helper while I was looking through my order.
Here's what she was after.
Anyway, I'm really pleased with my order and looking forward to the next one.

Oh, kitties in boxes are so cute. I've been wanting to order from VioVet, but I've been hesitant. Definitely gonna order now.

Ok so my Boredom Breaker Climb n Play kit. It comes in 4 different designs and it's random which one viovet sends you. Of course I got the one that's exactly like another kit I have. 
Just different colors and the first brand I have feels smoother.

And here's the Roll N Chew together. It came with a little bottle of glue but it was dried up. I just used a tiny bit of super glue instead.
And I hung the Sputnik in the tank. They should be able to reach it but if not, I'll move it. It's about the same distance as it is to reach that little window on the cottage and they manage that.

Those Boredom Breaker things look great, though it kinda sucks that you got one you already had. And I had no idea those sputnik houses were sputnik houses, but I always admired them!
Now I want to shop for a bunch of fun mouse toys, too.

I have a couple of those sputnik houses, but they're called space pods. I thought they seemed pretty cool. But nobody (and I mean nobody!) liked them. I was actually pretty surprised. Oddly enough, the only use I got out of it was when Splotchy was new she didn't want to walk on my hand. So I would hold the smaller top part of the sputnik and she would climb in and we could go for a ride. I've got a couple other things from the across the pond. I have this neat see-saw tube, my robos go bonkers for them. they walk in one side, go for a little ride in the middle and come out the other side. they love to do it over and over again.

I had the sputnik house (I know them as space pods) when I used to have rats, they loved it. I hung it from the top of the cage. Then I had one when I had my Chinese hamster. I've been wanting one of those houses for a while. Looking...Savic has the Sputnik, Lixit makes the Space Pod. Same thing, different companies. I think one is UK based and the other US?
Seems one way or the other - either people say their pet loved them or completely ignored them. Doesn't seem to be an in between. We will see what my crew thinks.

My girls have a sputnik. Generally it's used as a look out area, or a place to take a snack. But on hotter days they like to take a nap in it.

Coming up on 2 weeks since I recieved my order, so I thought I'd go ahead and comment on how the mice liked each new treat/toy.
Supreme Science Selective Mouse Food
They do really seem to enjoy this food. Of course I'm offering it along with a seed mix, so no worries there.
Like MouseLover and another member (sorry I forgot who) pointed out, the pellets are surprisingly big for a mouse food so I followed their lead and break them up. As more time passed we'll see how they really do with this as a staple.
Boredom Breaker Play n Climb kit
Superpet Roll n Chew - large
Boredom Breaker Sleep n Play Cheese
I put these in the play bin and they are really loving climbing on/in them. I figured the play bin was better suited just to make them last longer, since they are unsealed wood. I suppose I could find a safe sealant... Either way, a good buy.
Savic Sputnik house - hamster size
So far, with it hanging from the lid, they've loved playing in this one and take food/treats up in it to nom in peace. No napping in it but then again my mice don't sleep in hammocks either. I'm going to try it out on the floor after next cleaning.
Boredom Breaker Woodies Caterpillar
Goodbite Tiny & Natural Chew - cheese (2 pack)
Caterpillar was well loved. They immediately ripped the twine out, which is what holds it together, but they've also chewed the wooden bits. Lots of little teeth marks. The cheese they've chewed some too but I'm glad to see they're not going crazy over it. It's sort of like those whimzee chews so I don't think it would be good for them to gobble it up too quickly. Glad to see it'll last just as well as any of the wooden or loofah chews.
Rosewood Naturals Herb n Veg Drops
They don't seem to care for these treats so much. They'll give them a little nibble here and there. I probably won't buy them again.

Just wanted to add that since moving the Sputnik to the floor, they've been using it more and more. Even napping in it.
