My new born baby mouse, just about 2 in a half weeks old has a URI (has all symptoms). I have asked my parents if I could go to vet but we don't have the money. I have changed the bedding thinking maybe it was because it needed changed but this is the second mouse that has looked like this. I'm worried it is going to die like the other one did. I need help and I'm so worried about him Sad I don't exactly know if it really has a URI but hes shaking, refuses to nurse, tail is skinnier and body is smaller then others, he sits hunched over, breaths sometimes fast and sometimes slow, hes cold, always sleeping, and his eyes were open but its not open anymore and sometimes he makes a clicking noise. Please someone help me, I need to save this baby.

You are right, that does sound like a URI. If that's what it is, he most certainly needs antibiotics...

Does the mother seem healthy and does she appear to be caring for the babies well? What is the approximate temperature in the room they are in? Is there enough insulation in their nest to keep them warm?

He sounds very sick, there isn't much you can do for him without seeing a vet. The only thing you can do is keep him warm and try to get him to eat. You can try syringe feeding him with kitten milk replacement but that's about it.

The mother is feeding and caring for the other mice,  I have seen them eat regular food and drink water and its pretty warm in here at night its probably around 68 - 70 degrees Fahrenheit and during day around 72 - 74 degrees. I have tried feeding him with baby milk replacement and he didn't want to eat it so I put him back into the tank.
