This isn't just me blowing my extra money on a little critter. :/ She is my pet, and my friend. I took her into my care, and that makes her my first priority no matter what in terms of finances.

Anyway, ARGH so frustrated! I slept through the morning cause I was up late and missed the call from the doctor. Called back but she was in surgery. X___X So now I've just got my phone with me, waiting for the call back. I hope she's just doing a neuter and it'll come soon!

UPDATE: Well, just got the call. It's malignant, a mammary tumor. I was really hoping for anything else, but this is just the way it is. Thanks a ton for your help and advice, everyone. I'll keep you posted on how she does from here on out.

Just for safety, does anyone know what specifically I can expect from a mammary tumor?

I'm so sorry.

With Twix and Arsinoe, their mammary tumors grew pretty quickly. Twix: in a little over a month after developing the tumor she started really pulling on it, ripping it open, so I knew it was really bothering her and time to take her back into the vet. Arsinoe: passed on just under a month after the first one popped up. Somewhere midway through two more tumors popped up further down on her belly. That's just how it went with my two girls though. I know I've seen others have said their mice did well for much longer. Hugs.
