Red wound
So my little girls are all pretty much ghost mice. I hardly ever see them and I'm obviously arent going to force them out unless necessary. Little less than 30 minutes ago I saw my one little girl has a wound right behind her head. I don't know of it's a tumor or if one if she got in a fight with on of the other girls. What's your opinion? Does it look serious? Should she see a vet? Should I separate her with one of my other girls that I know they'll get a long? (My alpha had a hard time getting a long with her. It took a few months until they actually got along so I'm thinking if it is from a fight it was from my alpha) it almost looks like there are holes in it. This is the most clear pic I got of it

Re: Red wound
I know this was only posted a few days ago, but has it gotten worse? The fact that it looks like there are holes in it kind of concerns me.

Re: Red wound
That looks like a fleshy tumour to me, it might be benign but I would definitely get it checked pronto.

My girl Nellie has multiple of those same lumps - they look exactly the same as the one on your mouse. She's over two now, so I've decided I'm not going to stress her out through vet trips, but although more of them have been popping up with time, they haven't seemed to really bother her too much. She does itch them, so they will occasionally get red and bleed a bit, but despite many of those bumps and a large tumor on her face, she's still doing quite well. Grooming, eating, drinking, tearing everything in her enclosure to shreds, even occasionally still running on her wheels (though she was never a huge runner). I don't think that these lumps are anything harmful, though it never hurts to double check with a vet.
