Introducing a new mouse to a group with a previously ill mouse

I have room for 1 more girl in the 20 gallon long, and I hopefully want to fill that space soon. But since Autumn was sick, what safety measures should I take when introducing the new mouse? Autumn appears to be okay now, she's acting very happy and normal, I haven't seen many sneezes.
Should I disinfect the tank and toys?

If you think your girlie is healthy go ahead with another. 
There's quarantine too, so you have a few weeks to watch for anything to pop back up.

I've got the quarantine tank set up, and the travel carrier is ready. Can't wait till tomorrow!
