Goodbye Arsinoe
I'm guessing she was around a year old based on a guess at how old she was when I got her (10 weeks). I brought her home February 23, 2017 and she passed sometime this morning January 2, 2018.
I posted about her mammary tumor popping up suddenly. It grew quickly and I don't think I ever posted about the second tumor that popped up I think just after Christmas, lower on her belly. It seemed to appear overnight and was quickly as large as the first one. She passed curled up in the house they were all nesting in. She looked pretty peaceful and not very long gone when I found her.
Goodbye Arsinoe.

Re: Goodbye Arsinoe
My condolences. Tumors suck. Cora has one on her neck/cheek area.
Arsinoe was a gorgeous girlie, may she rest sweetly. My best to you and your other ladies.

I'm so sorry CallaLily. Tumors are terrible. That is what I lost one of my rattie girls (Cleo) to. So sad as she was young too. Sending hugs your way.
How many girls did she live with? How are they doing?

I have 3 girls left in the 40g breeder. Rina, Tilda, and Eulyn. Tilda and Eulyn are doing great. They're roughly the same age as Arsinoe was (I got them all at the same time). Rina is looking rough but hanging in there. So far they seem to be coping with Arsinoe's loss pretty well.
Thank you everyone.
