those little hedgies are adorable!
callalily- do you have any other symptoms? fatigue, muscle/joint aches? that's been going on for quite a while, hasn't it? i've had weird hives like that before... it's almost like they are percolating inside and them bubble up. in my case, it went away just as mysteriously as it began. but you may need to go on a short course of steroids or something. what kind of anti-histimines are you taking? sorry, don't mean to be nosey... i'm just nursey. can't help it.

The hives have been on and off since the 9th of August. I was taking Claritin but my husband picked up Zyrtec when it ran out. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as fatigue and pain.

Oh thanks! You know, I ate so much candy for my birthday that i actually got a tummy ache. Made me feel young again.

Callalily, it could be a food allergy. Try a simple food exclusion diet where you don't eat anything containing a certain ingredient for at least four days, then eat two meals of that food in one day. Keep a diary of foods and symptoms.
