New mouse owner from AU

Hello everyone! I am from Australia.
I bought my first mice at a pet shop a coupla weeks ago. I love learning about and raising precious forms of life
They are 'tiger mice' I believe.
One is tan and dark gray, with a little white spot on her side. I named her Smidge. She was the smallest mouse in the shop!
The other is white with dark tiger patches. It took me a while to notice the faint stripes on her patches. I named her Daydream. Sadly I do not have a photo of her yet, but I will take better photos later. Despite my username, my icon is a picture of Smidge!
I keep them in a 10 gallon fish tank. I hope to purchase a larger home for them, and I may even add a third mouse to the family (another girl of course).
I am excited to be a part of a community of mouse enthusiasts

Welcome to the forum!! I so love brindles and would love to see pictures of yours. I've got none left.

Thanks everyone so far, and now I know my mice are brindled mice even though the pet store called them tiger mice 
I tried to take some photos the other day... didn't turn out very good though. I'll work on taking better ones
