Baby Wipes/Clorox Wipes

Are baby wipes and Clorox wipes both safe to wipe down the tank with?

I would say that they are fine 
Try to get very natural ones. I find use a soaked tissue works as well

Unscented babywipes and check the ingredients to make sure there aren't any potential irritants. I don't know if mice can get it but my skin is highly allergic to something in babywipes and some other skin-cleaning products. Not sure exactly what though.

Sorry I know this post is a little older but wanted to add a bit of information.
You should NOT use Clorox wipes or other bleach wipes on you mouse stuff. It is hard to wash off of bared cages and to get completely off the sides of a tank. Per www.thecloroxcompany.com website their safe data sheet lists most of their wipes as an A3 - Animal Carcinogen. This includes their Hydrogen Peroxide Cleaner Disinfectant Wipes.
