Baby wipes?

Hello!
I was wondering if it would be safe to use un scented baby wipes to clean my mouse wheels every day?
*also off topic but I have been looking for 4-6 adoptable mice for a while and my local shelters website has 5 mice posted for adoption! Their genders are unknown but hopefully I can head over there soon to check!

@Oreoandfriends That should be fine, though if you want to be extra safe, you could wipe it off with water/a wet paper towel afterwards. c:
