Small Blood, Separation.
I was handling my PEW, Yin, when I noticed some scabs and blood at the base of her tail and on her side. I noticed she was sleeping more, squeaking more, wanting to eat less beforehand anyway. I thought nothing of it until the blood. So, a couple minutes ago, I separted the mice. I have Yin and Saltine in the ten gallon (Saltine is very kind to Yin so I knew Saltine wouldn't have done the biting.) And I have Bubby and Pepper in the kaytee critter trail with everything they need. Bubby sometimes teases Pepper but never draws blood. The point is, it's either Pepper or Bubby biting Yin so I separated them. Did I make sense..?
Please tell me if I need to change the arrangements!

Also, how long should they stay apart?

Ahh no! Update, Pepper has blood on her too! I only have Bubby alone now, but still where she can see the other mice. Pepper, Yin, and Saltine are now in the ten gallon with bubby in the kaytee. This hase never happened before

How long have they been together? Are you sure it's fighting and not an injury from something in the cage?

There's nothing in the cage that's sharp or could have hurt them. Yin and Pepper have blood both at the base of the tail and on their sides. Both of them seem to be not as uppity anyway. Bubby has always caused the squeaking and running, but I never thought she might draw blood.

When did you get these mice?
Keep Bubby separate until the scabs heal, and watch closely for infection or any new injuries. While Bubby is separated, work on taming her up. Tame mice are more likely to get along, and keeping her separated long enough for her to get a little lonely should help her learn to appreciate her friends.

Re: Small Blood, Separation.
I got these mice a couple months ago, but bubby frequently chases them around and causes squeaking/running/distraught to the others. I've never separated them because I've never seen any blood, but I maybe could have just overlooked the blood in earlier times? I always look closely so I really doubt I overlooked it in the past, but it could be a possibility.

Bubby is starting to look very depressed already! How long should I keep her here?

I already mentioned how long I would keep her separated. You can try to reintroduce sooner if you want and try to figure out what causes her to act up, but drawing blood is serious. Giving her a time out from mouse friends and paying extra attention to her is something I would really consider.
This is a pictures of mouse who wasn't separated from another girl who was picking on her (because I was out of town and my mouse sitter was scared to handle them). Afterwards, she was on antibiotics and separated from the bully, but she still passed away. If you choose to put Bubby back now, make sure you can keep a close eye on everyone.

Aw, I'm sorry. That looks really bad. The bites were quite miniscule but I'm not putting her back yet.
