Female Mouse Alone URGENT!!!!

So on Monday the mouse I ordered came in so I put it in it's cage. The cage is 189 inch plus some tunnels so it's semi-okay but late that night I was watching it and while it was in a translucent tunnel I saw that it was female. I only ordered ONE mouse. Now you may be thinking I can just get another mouse BUT NO. The cage is too small for 2 mice so I could just get another 189 inch cage and add a tunnel BUT the SOONEST it can come in is on Thursday. Plus I need the mouse to get in the right position in its cage so I can check its gender before hand (to double check). There is no other way for me to get a female mouse considering my dad doesn't want to do the 1 hour there 1 hour back to go to a pet rescue place. I really can't think of any other faster options so if you have any ideas PLEASE help.

It's important to make sure yout mouse is really a female. Sometimes males don't show themselves off well enough to tell by just glancing. You can get a closer look by getting your mouse into something with a clear bottom and looking from underneath. Here's our sexing page: https://petmousefanciers.forumotion.com/t45-sexing-mice
If you decide that she is a she, give her lots of attention, playtime, and toys until you can get her some friends. New mice will also need to go through quarantine before they can be introduced to your other girl. Here's more info on quarantine: https://petmousefanciers.forumotion.com/t7-quarantine
If you're unable to get more girls, perhaps you could try to rehome this one to someone who can give her friends and then get a boy?

If it really is a female, I say either rehome it or get another one anyways, even if the cage is too small for it. A female will be happier with another mouse and not enough space than she will be alone with enough space.
Additionally, you shouldn't go any smaller than a ten gallon tank or a cage of equivalent size no matter how many mice you get. Males require more space than females, so you want no less than a ten gallon for a male as well.
One thing you can do to get pictures of the mouse's genitals is to put it in a glass jar and then take pictures of the underside.

I appreciate your guys enthusiasm but I dont think you understand its a 3 to maybe 5 days without a companion and I cant really play with it too much because I got it yesterday. I dont know which is more important, me playing with the mouse til the other one gets here or me leaving the mouse alone until it gets used to the cage.

Since you just got this mouse yesterday, she'll be ok if you let her settle in for a little while. How long depends on the mouse. Once she's settled in, go ahead and start getting her out for daily taming/play sessions.
If she is indeed female, she will need a friend or preferably two. But she will be ok until you can get them AND hold them through a 3 week quarantine.
The cage. Unfortunately it's too small and attaching another with tubing will only give her 2 spaces that are too small. A 10 gallon aquarium (20 inches x 10 inches) is the absolute minimum size recommended. Another issue with attaching cages with tubing is, eventually when she has friends it might only encourage territorial behavior and can lead to split colonies. For this reason, two spaces split with a small opening (such as tubes) are not recommended.

Ok I will get an aquarium but when I got her yesterday I put her in the top part with the tissue bedding that she came with. She has only come down for food or water and when i do see her down there she is standing on her plastic house. Can you explain this 3 week quarintine? And are you sure she will be ok for for 3 week and 3 days alone?

It's wonderful that you care for her so much! But you can rest assured that she will be fine alone temporarily. Read the link posted above about quarantine, get her a friend or two when you can, and get a 10g aquarium and you'll be all set! You can fit 2-3 mice in a 10g tank perfectly.

It seems like it's mostly figured out but I would like to add while you get the tank don't forget to get a metal mesh lid and locking clips- you don't want any escapes after going through all this! I wish you and your little girl the best.

So my dad says I'm only allowed to have 2 mice maximum. Will that be ok if its just 2 females?

I love all the help you guys have given me but I just have one more question? So I found a container that is 22x15 inches on the base and 13 inches high. Is that going to be enough. Its 330inch on the base

Ya, but I just drilled 20 1/4 inch holes. The only chicken wire i have has a 1 inch spacing. Is there something better I should use? Woulda fabric cover work?
