Re: Housing Pictures
I love the idea of the hanging cupholder thing and is that a little house on the left? (On my phone so it's hard to see for sure)

Re: Housing Pictures
Thanks, and yes, it is a little house. We found it at the store he was in. It's made by Living World.

I love that acorn!!! Bet it's another thrift store find. I packed my trunk full of things to drop off at Goodwill today and was planning to check out the ceramics section for Fall-themed items until I remembered I don't have any more mice...Duh!

Re: Housing Pictures
Actually, that one I splurged a little. It was 50% off from Hallmark last year, so I paid $8.

Re: Housing Pictures
Not really a housing picture, but I couldn't decide what else to do with it. lol I found this idea while I was looking for a way to hold bottles in taller tanks. I thought this was great! I'm so excited to try it with the trio in their 20 gallon.
Unfortunately my glass bottle doesn't fit and a couple of the girls in the big tank (of five) like to chew plastic bottles, so I'm still looking for ideas for that one. Edit: I just remembered a holder I made out of wire mesh once. It got kinda yucky though because they loved climbing it. lol Maybe that will work.

Re: Housing Pictures
I use puzzle playground pieces to hold the water bottle in Archie's tank Definitely works quite well!

Oh cool! Good to know that it works well. Pinterest is so much fun. I couldn't wait for the girls to wake up. They seem to like it too. (Excuse the messy wheel. Hadn't gotten to cleaning it yet. lol)

Re: Housing Pictures
Yes, a lot of us hang stuff from the lids, mice really enjoy being able to climb up high.

Re: Housing Pictures
I love hanging stuff from the roof, makes good use of the vertical space, not just the floor

Re: Housing Pictures
Colin hasn't explored it yet...but I got a little excited today while cage cleaning...
This is his cage before adding the top section (its split half and half - the bottom section is purple, and the top is transparent with a mesh opening thingy and its really hard to get nice photos through...so I took one beforehand)
He's got fewer toys than normal, but that's because they're mostly bigger toys this week that he hasn't seen for a while
