I brought a mouse yesterday and its my first pet mouse. I got him home and he was settling into his new cage nicely but then a few hours later he had what looked like a seizure of some kind and was squeaking during it, afterwards he just sat there quietly for a couple of minutes and then after he got up and was exploring his cage and eating and drinking and then a few minutes later he had another one and then a few minutes later he had another one so he had 3 of these episodes in approximatey 30minutes. He went to sleep a little while after and now seems fine this morning. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

this is something you should talk to your vet about, it could be something neurological that cant be fixed but it is still definitely best to get him checked out

I agree, an appointment with a vet is needed.
