Did you get Daydream at Petco while shopping for your gerbils? I got my mice shopping for stuff for my ladybugs

Thanks. It came with that wooden platform/wheel combo I bought on amazon. After Hamtaro, it needed tossing from all the pee-pee but the swing was still like new. So I put those hooks into the corner wood platform (same one from Hamtaro) and hung it there. I was happy to see Daydream climb right on it and chill. Hamtaro was adorable and sweet but I’m loving that, as she’s finally settling into her new surroundings, Daydream is more out and about when I’m still awake. Hamtaro was soooo shy. So far Daydreams favorite thing is the flying saucer. Run-run-run-run-spin-run-run-run-spin.

Sorry, I know I'm quite late in coming to this thread. But I saw it and thought, Oh, dear, CallaLily got another rodent without planning to. 
That is so funny you guys do that. If it were left/up to me, I probably would do that most times I visit a pet store (if I truly were allowed to, then it would be a good thing we haven't stopped by pet stores very often anymore, lol!).
Anyways, congratulations on the new hammy. How has she settled in by now? Is she friendly?

Daydream is still kind of settling in. S/he (I’m still not sure which, haven’t had a chance to really look) is shy though not as bad as Hamtaro was. I see Daydream out often stuffing cheeks or running on the saucer. She likes to sleep under the bedding rather than in any of the houses. The houses seem to be just for chewing in Daydream’s mind. So far the little booger has zero interest in my hand.
