safe parakeet food?? Empty safe parakeet food??

Has anyone used White Mill Gourmet Seed Mix for Parakeets (PURE) from Petco? The Protein is a bit low at 10% but the fat and fiber look good at 7% and 8% respectively. I know I'll need to add to bring up the protein but is the rest okay? I'm still learning about mice diet so if anything is questionable/harmful please let me know. I've underlined the whole ingredients and italicized the ones I'm not certain about but think are safe. I know a couple ingredients are listed after Calcium Carbonate so there is very little of it but still wanted to mark it as a whole ingredient.

I've copied the ingredient list:

Ingredients
White Millet, Red Millet, Yellow Millet, Canary Grass Seed, Buckwheat, Peeled Oats, Corn, Flax Seed, Safflower Seeds, Spray Millet, Ground Oyster Shells, Dried Apple, Dried Banana, Soy Meal, Dried Papaya, Dried Mango, Wheat, Alfalfa Meal, Corn Germ, Dried Oregano, Dried Carrots, Egg Powder[i], Dextrose, Inulin, Sunflower Oil, [i]Turmeric, Yucca Extract, Dried Basil, Brewers Yeast, Dried Rosemary, Vitamin E Supplement, Fennel Seeds, Dried Peppermint, Calcium Carbonate, Dried Nettle, Choline Chloride, Dried Anise, Vitamin E Supplement, Niacin, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (Source Of Vitamin C), Calcium Pantothenate, Manganous Oxide, Zinc Oxide, Riboflavin Supplement, Ferrous Sulphate, Monophosphate, Vitamin A Supplement, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Dl-Methionine, Thiamine Mononitrate, Menadione Nicotinamide Bisulphite (Source Of Vitamin K Activity), Copper Sulphate, Folic Acid, Calcium Iodate, Biotin, Cholecalciferol (Source Of Vitamin D3), Sodium Selenite, Vitamin B12 Supplement.

Guaranteed Analysis
Crude Protein (min) - 10.0%, Crude Fat (min) - 7.0%, Crude Fiber (max) - 8.0%, Moisture (max) - 12.0%, Calcium (min) - 0.3%, Calcium (max) - 0.8%, Phosphorus (min) - 0.2%, Vitamin A (min) - 600 IU/kg.

This food looks pretty good to me (I’ll have to add it to my list!) but you will need a rat/mouse pellet to go along with it to avoid malnutrition. I use Oxbow Adult Rat and my girls love it. I wouldn’t make more than 50% of the mix bird seed.
