Is my mouse male or female?

Hi I have a mouse. I wad told she was female but she was housed with another mouse who had a groin lump...
I rescued them from An ad page....and when the mouse went in for an op...the vet realised was male and had to be euthanized as the lump was too deep.
I then thought...I better keep her on pregnancy watch. But I also wondered cpjld my other mouse be male and that's why no pregnancy.
23 days been and came last week and no pregnancy...as expected. As a supposed female I want a friend for her...but I need to check sex before I house any more mice...as I know males can't be housed together.
Well is my current mouse male...a Facebook group said female I contacted a breeder on Ana ad page and they said male from the pics. Now it stuck confused. I'd appreciate an expert opinion.
This is my first mice...I usually keep rats and they are much easier to sex lol

That's a female mouse. With male mice their genitalia are much further forward.
