I moved Mickey from his 10 gallon tank back into a 20 gallon long tank last night. I thought a larger and shorter in height tank would be a little cooler for him since it's been pretty hot lately. Here are a few photos I took this morning. He is sleeping in his pink igloo house.

Thank you CallaLily. I've been eyeing that scrapbook paper at Michael's for awhile now so I decided to go ahead and get it for Mickey's tank. It's so hard to choose as there are so many cool patterns in the scrapbook paper isle!

That looks nice! I like the little shelf, did it come with the cage? The shelf that came with my cage is wire bars and I have to make cardboard/fleece covers for it. lol

yes the shelf and ramp came with the cage but they are wooden so won't last forever - wish I'd covered with with Lino now but too late still it doesn't seem to get wet. I put fresh kitchen towel sheets and nesting in the corner they like to sit in (why do mice like to eat on the loo? Lol) but it is just starting to smell a little bit. Fleece and cardboard covers for mesh levels sounds brilliant!! Clean, safe and comfy:)

It's nowhere near as pretty, interesting or full of toys as your set ups but I wanted to join in lol

The piece of cardboard in my current set up was folded - put it in as a tunnel for a few days whilst they had fun chewing on it then opened it out and secured it to the bars and hey presto they made their own glue free climbing wall:) (really Really need to get some sticks for my glue gun!!)

Haven't shared a cage picture in a while, but this is Colin's latest layout in what is commonly known now as Mouse Mansion! (The cage can have 3 levels (the bottom and two shelves) but today we're going for 2 levels because it changes things up for him!)
