My mice have URI?

I suspect my two mice have a respiratory infection--I am about to call a vet but I have some questions. These are the first mice I've owned and I did get them from a pet store since I could find no breeders in my area. I think it is likely they are sisters.

They have been BOTH chattering--not frequently, and for some reason they usually do it when I am putting food for them to forage for, although this may just be a coincidence. I was looking at mouse noise videos and their sounds are like this, although not nearly as persistent.

Are these indeed URI noises?

Another question... I was planning to get a third mice since I know it's ideal to have females in groups of at least 3, but I should hold off on that, right?

definitely hold off getting a third mouse until you know your other two are in a good health condition. i think a trip to the vet is necessary as URI s can be fatal if they are left untreated

Apparently my mice were just a bit huffy because the type of Carefresh I was using was dusty. Can't be too careful though! I'm using paper shreds now.
