HELP! Feeding Antibiotics

This mouse refuses to eat her medicine!! I am supposed to feed it to her with a syringe (it does not have a needle or a tube, it is just an open syringe that I suppose she just licks the food from), but she is not interested. I have tried placing it on a treat, on a bit of peanut butter (she normally can't resist peanut butter), try feeding her in different locations (in cage, out of cage, in hand, off hand, etc), but all she does is sniff and not eat it. She successfully ate her first dose last night but after that, no dice.
What should I do?! : /

Hello!
I found I had to force my mouse to take the meds for her URI by holding her head still between my fingers. It sounds a bit forceful, but she took it and it made the process much faster and less stressful. I tried everything, too--applesauce on the tip, mixing the antibiotics with it; nothing worked but this.

@Comet As Robin said, you may have to just restrain her. Scruffing her (holding her securely by the scruff of her neck) may help to keep her still.
If you're unable to safely restrain her, assuming it's a liquid medicine, you should be able to mix it into her water instead. (But be aware that the doses are different when added to water!)
